Jede Kommissionsarbeit bei Forest & Fable ist ein individuelles Kunstwerk, keine standardisierte Auftragsillustration.
Kommissionen entstehen nicht als maßgeschneiderte Produktbestellungen mit festen Änderungswünschen, sondern als originäre Kunstwerke im unverwechselbaren Stil von Nicola Hoving-Snow.
Wenn Sie eine Kommission anfragen, beauftragen Sie keine exakte Reproduktion einer Vorlage, sondern ein einzigartiges Werk, interpretiert durch die künstlerische Handschrift der Künstlerin.

1. Kommissionsanfragen

Kommissionen werden ausschließlich nach vorheriger Anfrage angenommen.
Eine Anfrage stellt keine automatische Auftragsannahme dar.
Forest & Fable behält sich das Recht vor, Anfragen abzulehnen, wenn ein Projekt:
- nicht zur künstlerischen Ausrichtung passt
- ethisch nicht vertretbar erscheint
- zeitlich nicht realisierbar ist
- technisch ungeeignet ist
- nicht mit den Werten der Marke vereinbar ist

2. Der Anfrageprozess

Im Rahmen Ihrer Anfrage können Sie Informationen bereitstellen, beispielsweise:
- gewünschtes Thema
- Motividee
- Tierart / Naturmotiv / Konzept
- bevorzugte Größe
- gewünschter Verwendungszweck
- Referenzbilder (falls relevant)
Kommerzielle Nutzung muss bereits bei der Anfrage angegeben werden.

3. Künstlerische Freiheit

Alle Kommissionsarbeiten entstehen mit vollständiger künstlerischer Freiheit.
Kundinnen und Kunden können Inspiration, Themen oder Referenzmaterial liefern.
Die endgültige Entscheidung über:
- Komposition
- Farbpalette
- Materialwahl
- Perspektive
- Stil
- emotionale Interpretation
- technische Umsetzung
liegt ausschließlich bei Nicola Hoving-Snow.
Die Arbeit wird im etablierten Stil von Forest & Fable erstellt.

4. Keine Überarbeitungen
----------------------------------------
Kommissionsarbeiten beinhalten:
- keine Entwurfsfreigaben
- keine Zwischenabnahmen
- keine Änderungsrunden
- keine nachträglichen Überarbeitungen
Bitte beauftragen Sie eine Kommission nur dann, wenn Sie gezielt ein Werk im künstlerischen Stil von Forest & Fable wünschen und kreative Freiheit ausdrücklich akzeptieren.

5. Preise und Angebote

Jede Kommission wird individuell kalkuliert.
Die Preisgestaltung richtet sich unter anderem nach:
- Größe
- Medium
- Komplexität
- Motiv
- Verwendungszweck
- Lizenzbedarf (bei kommerzieller Nutzung)
Preise werden ausschließlich nach persönlicher Prüfung und individueller Angebotsstellung mitgeteilt.

6. Anzahlung
----------------------------------------
Zur Reservierung eines Kommissionsplatzes ist eine nicht erstattungsfähige Anzahlung in Höhe von 50 % des vereinbarten Gesamtpreises erforderlich.
Die Arbeit beginnt erst nach Zahlungseingang.

7. Restzahlung
----------------------------------------
Die verbleibenden 50 % sind vor Versand vollständig zu begleichen.
Ein Versand erfolgt erst nach vollständigem Zahlungseingang.

8. Referenzmaterialien
----------------------------------------
Wenn Sie Referenzbilder oder andere Materialien einreichen, bestätigen Sie, dass:
- Sie Eigentümer sind
oder
- über die erforderlichen Rechte verfügen
Materialien mit ungeklärter Rechtslage können abgelehnt werden.

9. Kommerzielle Aufträge

Kommerzielle Aufträge sind grundsätzlich möglich.
Kommerzielle Nutzungsrechte sind jedoch nicht automatisch im Standardpreis enthalten.
Lizenzierungen für:
- Branding
- Werbung
- Verpackung
- Merchandise
- redaktionelle Nutzung
- Veröffentlichungen
- digitale Kampagnen
werden separat schriftlich vereinbart.

10. Urheberrecht

Der Erwerb einer Kommissionsarbeit überträgt ausschließlich Eigentum am physischen Werk.
Alle Urheberrechte verbleiben bei Nicola Hoving-Snow, sofern nicht ausdrücklich schriftlich etwas anderes vereinbart wurde.

11. Portfolio und Veröffentlichung
----------------------------------------
Forest & Fable behält sich vor, fertige Werke für:
- Portfoliozwecke
- Website
- Social Media
- Presse
- Marketing
zu dokumentieren und zu veröffentlichen.
Falls absolute Vertraulichkeit erforderlich ist, muss dies vor Vertragsabschluss schriftlich vereinbart werden.

12. Lieferzeiten

Kommissionsarbeiten entstehen in Handarbeit.
Lieferzeiten variieren abhängig von:
- Komplexität
- laufender Arbeitsbelastung
- Materialverfügbarkeit
- gesundheitlichen Umständen
- externen Versandprozessen
Geschätzte Zeiträume werden individuell kommuniziert.

13. Widerruf

Individuell angefertigte Kommissionsarbeiten können gemäß gesetzlicher Regelungen vom Widerrufsrecht ausgeschlossen sein.

Every commission at Forest & Fable is an original artwork, not a standardised custom illustration service.
Commissions are not treated as configurable product orders with fixed revision expectations, but as unique artistic works created in the distinctive style of Nicola Hoving-Snow.
By commissioning a piece, you are not purchasing an exact reproduction of a reference image, but a one-of-a-kind interpretation created through the artist’s personal creative practice.

1. Commission Enquiries

Commissions are accepted by enquiry only.
Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee acceptance.
Forest & Fable reserves the right to decline projects where the request:
- does not align with the artistic direction
- raises ethical concerns
- is not feasible within current availability
- is technically unsuitable
- does not align with the values of the brand

2. The Enquiry Process

When submitting an enquiry, you may provide information such as:
- desired theme
- subject concept
- species / wildlife / pet subject
- preferred size
- intended use
- reference images (where relevant)
Commercial use must be disclosed at the enquiry stage.

3. Artistic Freedom

All commissioned works are created with full artistic discretion.
Customers may provide inspiration, concepts, or reference materials.
Final decisions regarding:
- composition
- colour palette
- materials
- perspective
- artistic style
- emotional interpretation
- technical execution
remain entirely at the sole discretion of Nicola Hoving-Snow.
All work is created within the established artistic identity of Forest & Fable.

4. No Revisions
----------------------------------------
Commissioned works do not include:
- draft approval stages
- progress approvals
- revision rounds
- post-completion alterations
Please commission work only if you specifically wish to receive a piece created in the artistic style of Forest & Fable and are comfortable granting full creative freedom.

5. Pricing and Quotations

Each commission is priced individually.
Pricing may depend on factors including:
- size
- medium
- complexity
- subject matter
- intended usage
- licensing requirements (for commercial use)
Prices are provided only after personal review and formal quotation.

6. Deposit
----------------------------------------
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the agreed total commission fee is required to reserve your commission slot.
Work begins only after payment has been received.

7. Final Payment
----------------------------------------
The remaining 50% must be paid in full before dispatch.
Artwork will not be shipped until full payment has been received.

8. Reference Materials
----------------------------------------
Where reference images or materials are submitted, you confirm that:
- you own the materials
or
- you hold the necessary permissions and usage rights
Materials with unclear ownership or rights may be refused.

9. Commercial Commissions
----------------------------------------
Commercial commissions may be accepted.
However, commercial usage rights are not automatically included in standard commission pricing.
Licensing for:
- branding
- advertising
- packaging
- merchandise
- editorial use
- publication
- digital campaigns
must be separately agreed in writing.

10. Copyright
----------------------------------------
Purchase of commissioned artwork transfers ownership of the physical artwork only.
All copyright remains with Nicola Hoving-Snow unless explicitly transferred in separate signed written agreement.

11. Portfolio and Publication Rights

Forest & Fable reserves the right to document and publish completed works for:
- portfolio use
- website display
- social media
- press
- marketing
If strict confidentiality is required, this must be agreed in writing before contract formation.

12. Timelines
----------------------------------------
Commissioned artworks are created by hand.
Completion times vary depending on:
- complexity
- current workload
- material availability
- health considerations
- shipping timelines
- external provider delays
Estimated timeframes will be communicated individually.

13. Cancellation Rights
----------------------------------------
Bespoke commissioned works may be exempt from statutory cancellation rights under applicable consumer law.
